Brian E. Wilkerson //
Brian Wilkerson is Principal Consultant for Revolution Advisors, a strategy consulting firm that focuses on driving dramatic performance improvements. He is a deep specialist in driving innovative strategies and using cutting-edge planning techniques to help organizations secure their future. Mr. Wilkerson has extensive experience in leading strategy development and operational improvement efforts across a range of clients in both domestic and international settings, with a particular emphasis on making strategy successful through the combination of operational excellence and human capital management. Some of his key clients have included Yamaha, Hasbro, Edison Mission Energy, MGM MIRAGE, Johns Manville, CH2M-HILL, the US Army Vice Chief of Staff G-1, the US Postal Service, and the US General Services Administration, and a host of other global enterprises and government agencies, where he has worked with senior executive teams to help them develop new strategies, improve their operations and supply chain, and align their Human Capital management strategies.
Mr. Wilkerson was formerly the CEO and co-Founder of WisdomNet, a Strategy and Human Capital firm focused on delivering cutting-edge consulting and technology solution. WisdomNet was the developer of the leading I-TMS software for integrated Talent Management and the Workforce Impact tool for advanced workforce planning and analytics. WisdomNet was acquired by Watson Wyatt in 2007 and Mr. Wilkerson served as the Global Practice Director for Talent Management at Watson Wyatt from 2007-2009.
Mr. Wilkerson has held senior management roles in large corporations such as Level 3 Communications where he was the Vice President of HR Process & Planning, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he was a Senior Manager on the Global Transition & Transformation Team. He has also worked in the non-profit sector and in governmental affairs. His extensive experience includes working around the globe (with a particular emphasis on Asia) in a variety of roles.
Mr. Wilkerson speaks extensively on a range of topics such as business strategy, human capital management, workforce planning, and innovation for organizations such as The Conference Board, the Human Capital Institute, the Military Operations Research Society and others, including serving as the keynote speaker for the Human Capital Institute’s Innovation Tour in 2008-2009. He has published a number of articles and book chapters in his areas of expertise such as Workforce Planning, Economic Development, and Strategy. His educational background includes a Masters Degree in Regional Planning focused on International Development from University of Colorado and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, where he teaches graduate level courses in Human Capital Management and Strategic Human Resources.
Kha Le //
Kha Le is a Principal Consultant for Revolution Advisors. Mr. Le is an executive consulting leader with proven experience in global supply chain, operations management, discrete financial analysis, and technology strategy enablement. He specializes in the development of transformational business strategies and processes related to all aspects of the business operations, supply chain practices and strategy. With over fifteen years of process re-engineering, supply chain thought leadership, global operations, and information technology experience, Mr. Le has served a variety of clients in the telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering, retail, pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
Mr. Le has held senior leadership roles with corporations such as TeleTech Holdings and CH2M Hill Ltd. He has also performed a variety of consulting services, program management and strategic business implementations with a variety of Global 1000 clients. Mr. Le also has significant experience in the moving enterprises to the next level of performance with their financial management, supply chain utilization, and global operational efficiencies. In addition to his extensive business operational and analysis capabilities, Mr. Le has been part of several teams and facilitated many organizational process performance, site impact evaluations and system implementations for his clients. He has been a featured speaker for the American College of Apothecaries (ACA) in 2009 and 2010 on “Strategic Planning” and “Financial Management” as well as published in America’s Pharmacist, a National Community Pharmacist Association (NCPA) periodical. His clients have included AT&T Micro-electronics, Edison Mission Group, the US Postal Service, and a host of others. He is an advisor and facilitating partner of the American College of Apothecaries (ACA), National Community Pharmacist Association (NCPA), and several other leading independent pharmacy owners. His work has led to tangible improvements in cost, efficiency, and asset utilization and he has helped his clients drive significant improvements across sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and customer services.
Mr. Le graduated Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He also attended the University of Denver to receive an Integrated Masters of Science in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration.
Jean-Luc Moreau //
Jean-Luc Moreau is a Principal Consultant for Revolution Advisors. Mr. Moreau is a consultant with over 15 years experience in workforce planning, process re-engineering, supply chain management, organization development, CRM, and driving organization transformation through strategic metrics. He has worked on projects for large and small public and private organizations including Yamaha, Edison Mission Energy, the US General Services Administration, the FDIC, the US Postal Service, and many others. He focuses on driving momentum, engaging stakeholders, and delivering results early and continuously to ensure success.
Prior to Revolution Advisors, Mr. Moreau has held a number of consulting and corporate leadership positions. He was a Senior Consultant with WisdomNet, a Strategy and Human Capital firm focused on delivering cutting-edge consulting and technology solutions, and then at Watson Wyatt Worldwide when it acquired WisdomNet in 2007. He was also a Process Improvement Manager at Percepta / Teletech where he led a number of global process improvement, efficiency, and organization development projects, including global improvement projects for Ford Motor Company. He also held previous management and organization development roles in the construction industry for multiple organizations.
Mr. Moreau holds a Master of Arts in Organization Change and Process Facilitation from the Process Work Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Institut Supérieur Industriel de Huy in Belgium. He is also Six Sigma certified and has taught a number of process improvement and organization change classes for corporate clients.
Katie Wilkerson //
Katie Wilkerson is the Chief Financial Officer for Revolution Advisors. Ms. Wilkerson is a professional with over 15 years of project and business management experience. Her focus has been bringing customer satisfaction on time and under budget, while developing strong cross functional partnerships. That focus continues under the Revolution Advisors banner, building a company of financial and personal integrity that understands the value of customers, employees and corporate responsibility.
Prior to Revolution Advisors, Ms. Wilkerson was a Data Center Services Consultant for Sun Microsystems (formerly StorageTek). As a DCS Consultant, she was responsible for managing data center relocation and reorganization projects from concept and budgeting to execution. Ms. Wilkerson was also an event producer with StorageTek. Working for US Marketing, she produced over 30 events a year ranging in budget from $250 to $2 million. She was responsible for budgeting, logistics, as well as all marketing messaging and material. Ms. Wilkerson’s career began in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. Working in both production and development, she advanced from Production Assistant to Associate Producer. Her experience included live broadcasts, television specials and programs for CBS, HBO, Fox and The History Channel, as well as 7 years working on the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen.
Ms. Wilkerson graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies.
Brooke Page-Thompson //
Brooke Page-Thompson is a consultant at Revolution Advisors. She brings extensive experience with her in Talent Management implementation strategies and best practices in business process integration. Prior to joining Revolution Advisors, Ms. Page-Thompson held roles within the functional HR business with First Data, focusing on Executive Recruiting, Performance Process Overviews, Competency Creation and Learning and Mentoring programs. She lead global implementations with Towers Watson for Integrated Talent Management Systems, focusing on process redesign, process fit with technology and overall project implementation tasks.
Ms. Page-Thompson graduated from the University of Nebraska in Omaha with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, specializing in Elementary Education. She also has Masters Degree in Change Leadership and Strategic Management. Her key strengths lie in Performance and Succession Management process creation, Compensation planning strategies, Learning and Development Programs, Recruiting process as they specifically tie to Performance, Succession and Learning as well as Change Management. Her ability to translate HR business process into terms technology teams can fully understand has helped save clients extensive time and money in implementation costs and customizations.
Brett Paradis //
Brett Paradis is a consultant with Revolution Advisors. He brings extensive experience in results driven project execution, process engineering, logistics, business development, and financial analysis. For Revolution Advisors, he has delivered superior customer satisfaction in process mapping, global data governance, and project implementation.
Prior to joining Revolution Advisors, Brett served in the United States Air Force in a myriad of leadership roles from logistics and aircraft maintenance operations to program management. He also excelled in Supply Chain Management for Raytheon Missile Systems and as a small business salesman focusing on valuations and sales. Most recently, he led the Professional Services team for an international technology company where he helped global airline leaders streamline their technical content management operations.
Mr. Paradis is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and he is projected to earn his Executive MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the Universtity of Denver in August of this year.
Cheryl Farley //
Cheryl Farley is a Principal Consultant with Revolution Advisors. Ms. Farley is a talent acquisition and management leader with over 18 years of experience helping organizations maximize human capital. She consults to clients across numerous industries on recruiting and staffing operations, performance management, workforce planning, HR technology, leadership development, and project management. Cheryl’s clients have included: Accenture, Agile1, ACS, Bank of America, Janus Capital Group, Yamaha, Sumitomo Electronic Wiring Systems, Great West Life, and Government Services Administration.
Prior to Revolution Advisors, Ms. Farley led recruiting and performance management organizations for a major HR outsourcing company, as well as Fortune 500 global financial institutions. She designed core recruiting and performance management processes and policies, implemented recruiting and performance management systems, and led the transition of recruiting organizations during acquisitions. Ms. Farley began her career with the business process consulting organization at Accenture in 1992 and managed process redesign, systems implementation, and human capital projects for clients and the Accenture organization.
Ms. Farley earned a BS in Biochemistry from the Texas A&M University.
